We want our celebration to be joyful and safe. Working in coordination with Hi-Top Tavern and Cooper’s Hall, we have arrived at a Covid safety plan detailed here. We’ll keep this page updated leading up to the wedding if there are any modifications that need to be made.
At our welcome party, please plan to keep your mask on while ordering inside at the bar and when moving around the main patio space. When on the back patio with our party, masks are optional.
Our wedding venue will be requiring that all guests wear masks inside. This includes during the ceremony, dancing, and generally while moving about the space. The only exceptions will be when seated at a dinner table or lounge area, or when standing at a wine barrel cocktail table. Please pay particular attention to masking while standing near the bar - it’s important to us that we all protect the safety of the wonderful bartenders and Cooper’s Hall staff who will be interacting with many folks throughout the evening. You are welcome to bring your own mask, of course, and we will also be providing some fancy ones at the door if you're feeling festive!
Weather permitting, the space just outside the venue will be available for folks to mingle during cocktail hour and throughout the evening. When outside, masks are not strictly required. However, we do encourage everyone to use your best judgement about masking when in close proximity. Weather note: It’s looking like we have a strong possibility of rain on Sunday (a sign of good luck for us, at least!) If it does sprinkle, we’ll host the entirety of the wedding inside.
If possible, we encourage you to get a Covid test before and after the wedding.
We are requiring that all folks attending the wedding have been fully vaccinated. We won't be requesting proof of vaccination, but we do kindly ask that you plan to join us virtually if you have not yet received the vaccine.
